Delete your MovePoints account
You can permanently delete your MovePoints account directly in the MovePoints app.
To delete your account, follow these steps:
Profile → Edit profile → Help → Delete your account
Follow the instructions on the screen to confirm the deletion.
If you no longer have access to the MovePoints app, please contact us at info@movepointsapp.com to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What data is deleted?
When you delete your MovePoints account, the data associated with your account is permanently deleted or removed, including:
- Profile information, such as your first name, last name, profile picture and other profile data.
- Authentication information, including your email address and authentication credentials.
- Moves and participation data, including Moves you created and your participation in Moves you joined.
- Social connections, including your following, follower and friend relationships.
- Statistics
